2 eggs
1/2 cup whole or vegetable milk
1/3 cup olive or coconut oil
2 tablespoons of honey
1 cup of oatmeal
1/3 cup of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon baking powder
How to prepare 📝
Beat all the liquid ingredients in the blender until everything is well mixed, in another bowl add all the dried ones, throw the liquids over the dried ones and mix well. Grease the small round or cupcake scones with butter and cocoa powder, toss the mixture and bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes. As soon as it comes out of the oven let it cool and cut it in half. For the filling:
200 grams of unsweetened dulce de leche (I bought it at the industrial) cut the honey bread in half and pass two tablespoons of this dulce de leche on each honey bread (do not put too much so as not to pour) and close.
Melt 200 grams of medium bitter chocolate in a double boiler and add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. bathe the honey loaves in this mixture and place them on a sheet of butter paper. Put them in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes! Approve of it for being really sensational!
