Ingredients:
- 2 Eggplants
- 200g minced meat
- 1 bunch of green onion

- Pepper
- Oil for frying

- 3g (1/2 teaspoon) salt
- 50g cheese
- 90g (3/4 cup) flour
- Pepper
- Flour
Preparation:
