  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 120g of sugar
  • 150ml of milk
  • 50 ml of vegetable oil
  • 150g of flour
  • 30g cocoa powder
  • 5g of yeast powder
  • 10g of jelly
  • 50 ml of water
  • 200g of condensed milk
  • 200ml of whipped cream
  • 50g of chocolate
  • 40 ml of warm cream


1. In a bowl, mix the eggs with sugar and salt, and add milk and oil. sieve starch, powder and diastase.

2. Transfer to the pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.

3. Split the cocoa biscuit prepared into two pieces. Transfer the first piece to the mold.

4. In a bowl, beat the condensed milk with whipped cream, mix in jelly and pour into the mold, cover with the second piece of dark cookie.

5. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours

6. Cover with chocolate and cream mixture.
