 1 onion

 3 potatoes

 5 eggs

 Vegetable oil



 1. Cut the onion and potatoes into circles.  Heat the pan with a lot of oil and fry the onion and potatoes until they fall apart.  Strain the potatoes and onion and reserve.

 2. In a bowl add the eggs, season them with salt and beat.  Add onion and potato mixture and mix well together.

 3. Transfer the mixture to the skillet and cook for five minutes.  Flip the tortilla over and bake on the other side.
