CHICKEN STEW 😋



 Ingredients


 2 chicken legs.


 2 large potatoes cut into cubes.


 2 carrots cut in juliana.


 500 grams of tomato.


 1 bay leaf.


 3 garlic cloves.


 1 finely chopped onion.


 3 jalapeño peppers julienned.


 1 teaspoon of oreano.


 Salt and pepper to taste.


 1 tablespoon of oil.


 Steps


 The preparation of the Mexican chicken stew will only take you a couple of minutes.  Thus, you can surprise your relatives with a delicious lunch or dinner, in the best Mexican style.  The steps to follow are those:


 Step 1


 Marinate the chicken with all the seasonings and essences for at least 20 minutes.


 Step 2


 To prepare the stew, place the tomatoes, bay leaf, garlic and onion in a blender.  Then, pour it into a pot to cook over low heat.


 Step 3


 After the mixture begins to boil, you must remove it from the heat and strain it to remove some residue.


 Step 4


 In a suitable size pan, place the oil and let it heat up.  Subsequently, place the chicken pieces on both sides to seal them.

 Add all the prepared sauce together with the potato, carrot and jalapeño pepper pieces.

 Check the point of salt and pepper, if you consider it necessary you can add a little.  Also, cover the pan so that the chicken maintains its juiciness.
