Vegan Bolognese Sauce



 components to make the vegan bolognese sauce:

one hundred fifty g textured soy (2 cups)

1 splash of olive oil

250 ml of water

For the sauce:

2 cloves of garlic

1 onion

1 crimson bell pepper

1 celery stick

1 medium carrot

1 tablespoon soy sauce (1/4 teaspoon salt may be substituted)

half cup of crimson wine (one hundred twenty five ml)

1/four cup tomato paste (4 tablespoons)

three cups of vegetable broth or water (750 ml)

Seasonings and aromatic herbs to taste:

1 teaspoon of curry

1 teaspoon Herbes de Provence

1 teaspoon dried parsley

half of teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon rosemary

half teaspoon thyme

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/four teaspoon floor black pepper

non-compulsory: 1/2 teaspoon cumin

half teaspoon ras el hanout

preparation mode:
