Ingredients

1 kilo of flour 0000
50g of yeast
400 ml of warm water
3 eggs
50 cc of neutral oil
150g sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg to brush
Poppy or sesame seeds

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl disarm the yeast or the envelope and add 1 teaspoon of honey, and a teaspoon of sugar, warm water 1 small glass. Let it dissolve and rise on its own.

Step 2

Sift the flour and add the salt on one side. Make a hole in the middle and add the yeast with the dissolved water, the eggs, the sugar, the oil all around and begin to unite, adding water as needed. It has to be a soft dough, not very hard or very sticky, if this happens add more flour and knead well. Leave it covered so that it rests and doubles its size, in a warm place it is done faster.

Step 3

Then you have to hit it so that it loses air. Stretch it on the counter, divide into buns and make braids, paint with egg and add sesame or poppy seeds on top. Put them on oiled trays. Bake them in a medium oven for 30/40 minutes
