COCONUT AND MILK SWEET MUFFINS

 


Ingredients

Butter 100 gr.

Sugar 125 gr.

Eggs 2 u.

Coconut 150g

Baking powder 1 tbsp.

milk 2 tbsp.

Flour 0000 150 gr.

Dulce de leche confectioner c/n.

Preparation

Beat the ointment butter with the sugar until creamy, add the eggs one at a time and continue beating.

Incorporate the coconut, milk and lastly, the flour and powder, previously sifted.

Fill muffin cups or molds (previously buttered) up to half, pour a spoonful of dulce de leche into the center and place preparation on top again until 3/4 is filled.

Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 20 minutes (when poking it with a toothpick it should come out clean).

Decorate to taste and ready to enjoy!!!!

6 muffins come out.
