Carrot cake with chocolate coating

For the cake:

20×12 cm mould

185g sugar

250 g carrot (3 large peeled carrots)

4 eggs length L

240 g wheat flour (baking or loose)

1 sachet of Royal-kind baking powder (10 g)

1 pinch of salt

non-obligatory: 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon (I did now not placed it due to the fact the cake loses its orange shade so appetizing)

For the Chocolate coverage:


2 tablespoons water

five tablespoons of sugar

2 tablespoons of pure cocoa

1 tablespoon butter

preparation mode:

For the cake batter:

First we pulverize 185g of sugar for 20 sec pace 7. Then we save it.

with out cleansing the glass, we placed 250 g carrots cut into pieces and grind for 10 seconds, pace 7. lower the stays from the wall and grind for 15 greater seconds on the same pace.
